Questions about living modules
Can I choose the layout?+
Yes. The layout can be adapted to how the space will be used, including rooms, work areas, a kitchen, sanitary facilities, windows and doors.
What sizes can you manufacture?+
Dimensions can be adapted to the project. Our starting module dimensions range from 3 to 9 metres in length and 2.4 metres in width.
Can several modules be connected?+
Yes. Multiple modules can be combined to create larger spaces, additional rooms and more complex layouts.
Can a kitchen and bathroom be installed?+
Yes. A kitchen, WC, shower, hot water and plumbing can be integrated to suit the design and requirements of your project.
What needs to be prepared before delivery?+
The site needs suitable foundations or support and access for transport and a crane truck. Any external power, water and drainage connections must also be planned and prepared for the project.
What is the lead time?+
Lead time depends on the size, specification, equipment and complexity of your project. We provide an estimated schedule with the quote.
